Appointment of Director and Board Composition

Following Company Announcement no. 134 in connection with the Company's Annual General Meeting, MIDI p.l.c. advises that Mr David Demarco, ID No 18862M of 52, Triq il‐Kannizzata, Balzan, has been re‐appointed to the Board as a non‐executive director in terms of Article 102(3) of the Articles of Association of the Company. Mr Demarco's appointment is with effect from the 17 June 2019.

Mr David Demarco is the Chief Financial Officer of Mapfre MSV Life p.l.c. and is a Director of Tigné Mall p.l.c.

There are no other matters to be disclosed with respect to David Demarco in terms of Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
