Resignation of Senior Officer

MIDI p.l.c. announces that Mr Ehsan Seyfouri Tabrizi has tendered his resignation from the post of Chief Commercial Officer of the Company with effect from the 28th June 2019.

There are no circumstances pertaining to the resignation which warrant disclosure.

The Company thanks Mr Seyfouri Tabrizi for his services and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
