COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. (the "Company") in terms of Listing Rule 5.16 of the Listing Rules.

QUOTE

The Company hereby announces that Ms. Baiba Muzikante, holder of Latvian Passport Number LV4636428 resident at Str. Stabu 105-46, Riga LATVIA LV-1009, has resigned from the office of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from the 29 May 2019.

There is no matter concerning Ms. Baiba Muzikante requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules.

It is further announced that with effect from the 29 May 2019, Mr. Geoffrey Camilleri, holder of Identity Card Number 569579M of 299, Ithaca, Triq Frans Sammut, Zebbug, Malta, will take on the role of interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Mr. Camilleri is currently a director of the Company, director of 1923 Investments p.l.c. and Hili Finance Company p.l.c and Chief Financial Officer of Hili Ventures Limited, the parent company.

There is no further matter concerning Mr. Geoffrey Camilleri requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules 5.20. and 5.21.
