COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. (the "Company") in terms of Listing Rule 5.16 of the Listing Rules.

QUOTE

The Company hereby announces that Mr. Carmelo Hili, holder of Identity Card Number 395765M of No.2, Immaculate Conception Street, Lija, Malta, has resigned as Chairman of the Company with effect from 8 May 2019. Mr. Hili retains his directorship with the Company.

It is further announced that Mr. Richard Abdilla Castillo, holder of Identity Card Number 267256M of Il-Girna, Notabile Road, Mriehel, Birkirkara, BKR1870, Malta, who is a director of the Company, will also take on the role of Chairman of the Company with effect from 8 May 2019.

Mr. Richard Abdilla Castillo is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Abdilla Castillo is a member of the board of directors of Hili Ventures Limited.

There is no further matter concerning Mr. Richard Abdilla Castillo requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules 5.20.
