Financial statements and dividend

The Board of Directors of International Hotel Investments p.l.c. approved the publication of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 and resolved to propose the same for the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 13 June 2018.

The Board will be recommending a dividend, net of tax, of 2 cents per share at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be paid to shareholders appearing on the register of members at the end of business on 28 June 2019. The dividend will be paid on 5 July 2019.
