The Company has further been informed by the Board of Directors of Hili Estates Limited, the Guarantor, company registration C20513, that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on the 25 April 2019 to consider and approve the Company's Consolidated Annual Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2018.
