The following is a Company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. (the "Company") in terms of Listing Rules issued by the Listing Authority.

The Company announces that Mr Valentin Truta has resigned from his office as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from the 4th February 2019.
Dr. Melanie Miceli Demajo, holder of Maltese Identity Card Number 548678M and residing at 21, Howard Street, Sliema, Malta has been appointed Company Secretary in his stead.
Dr. Miceli Demajo graduated with a Doctorate of Laws (LL.D) from the University of Malta in 2002 and was admitted to the bar in 2003. She has a Master in Law (LLM) specialising in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University College of London and a Master of Arts (M.A) in Financial Services from the University of Malta. She has been a partner in the law firm Gonzi & Associates, Advocates since 2012. Prior to that she was the Group Legal Advisor at the M. Demajo Group, a multi-disciplinary group of companies. She also acts as company secretary for various companies.
There is no information which needs to be disclosed in terms of Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
