COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Hili Properties plc. (the "Company") in terms of Listing Rules issued by the Listing Authority.

With reference to the Company's announcement dated 12 December 2018, regarding the resignation of Dr. Karen Coppini from her office as Company Secretary, the Company announces that, with effect from 19 December 2018, Mr. Valentin Truta, Romanian citizen, holder of Passport no. 053740466 and residing at 10, Nicolae Titulescu Avenue, Building 20, Apt. 64, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania, has been temporarily appointed Company Secretary in her stead.

Mr. Truta is presently the General Counsel of Hili Ventures Limited, the parent company of Hili Properties plc. In June 2017, Mr. Truta was appointed non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee of Premier Capital plc., a related entity of the Company.

There is no information which needs to be disclosed in terms of Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
