Execution of final deed of sale and purchase

Reference is made to the company announcements issued by the Company on the 11 September and on the 29 November 2018, in relation to the promise of sale and purchase agreement dated 10 September 2018 with Tignè Mall plc, a public limited company duly incorporated under the laws of Malta with company registration number C35139 and registered office at Management Suite, The Point Shopping Mall, Pjazza Tignè, Tignè Point, Sliema TP01, Malta ("Tignè Mall"). In terms of the said promise of sale and purchase agreement, the Company promised to sell and transfer to Tigne Mall, which promised to acquire the temporary utile dominium of the remaining period of the original period of ninety nine (99) years, which commenced on the fifteenth day of June of the year two thousand (15/6/2000), by virtue of the emphyteutical grant signed between MIDI and the Government of Malta, relating to the Garage Complex, known as the T1 Car Park, which comprises 132 car parking spaces over three underground levels (the "Property").

The Company hereby announces that the final deed of sale and purchase in respect of the Property was executed on the 14 December 2018 by means of a deed in the records of Notary Dr Pierre Attard.

There have been no changes to the terms of the transaction as announced in the company announcements issued by the Company on the 11 September and the 29 November 2018.
