The following is a Company Announcement by Simonds Farsons Cisk p.l.c. pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rule 5.13.

Simonds Farsons Cisk plc announces the appointment of Mr Michael Farrugia as Executive Director (Operations and Business Development) with effect from 01st December 2018. Mr Farrugia who currently assumes the role of Chief Business Development Officer will be reporting to the Group Chief Executive, Mr Norman Aquilina.

He will assume responsibility for the operations of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc, headed by Chief Operations Officer, Eugenio Caruana, the Farsons Old Brewhouse Project and Business Development (including exports). Mr Farrugia will also continue to chair the Board of Farsons Beverage Imports Company Ltd. Mr Farrugia assumes this role at a time when the Farsons Group is aspiring for further growth and development both locally and internationally.

Michael Farrugia has graduated with an MBA from Warwick University following attainment of a Masters' degree from Edinburgh University. He was previously appointed to the senior management team of the Farsons Group in 2011.

No matter concerning Mr Michael Farrugia requires disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
