The following is a Company Announcement issued by MIDI p.l.c. ("MIDI" or the "Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules issued by the Listing Authority.

Extension of Promise of Sale Agreement with Tigne Mall plc

Reference is made to the company announcement issued by the Company on 11 September 2018, whereby the Company announced that it had entered into a promise of sale and purchase agreement dated 10 September 2018 with Tigne Mall plc, a public limited company duly incorporated under the laws of Malta with company registration number C35139 and registered office at Management Suite, The Point Shopping Mall, Pjazza Tigne', Tignè Point, Sliema TP01, Malta ("Tigne Mall"). In terms of the said promise of sale and purchase agreement, the Company promised to sell and transfer to Tigne Mall, which promised to acquire the temporary utile dominium of the remaining period of the original period of ninety nine (99) years, which commenced on the fifteenth day of June of the year two thousand (15/6/2000), by virtue of the emphyteutical grant signed between MIDI and the Government of Malta, relating to the Garage Complex, known as the T1 Car Park, which comprises 132 car parking spaces over three underground levels (the "Property"). As stated in the company announcement dated 11 September 2018, the promise of sale and purchase agreement was valid and effective up to the 30th November 2018.

The Company hereby announces that on the 28 November 2018, it has entered into an agreement with Tigne Mall to extend the promise of sale and purchase agreement in respect of the Property to 15 December 2018. All other terms and conditions have remained unchanged.
