Notice is hereby given of the 55th Annual General Meeting of Santumas Shareholdings p.l.c. to be held at the Chamber of Commerce in Valletta on Tuesday 230 October 2018 at 12.00 hrs for the purpose of considering and if deemed proper, approving the resolutions set out below:

ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS

• 1. That the Annual Report and Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 30th April 2018 comprising the Financial Statements and the Directors' and Auditors' Report thereon, be hereby received and approved.
• 1. That the appointment of Auditors to the Company be hereby approved and the Board of Directors be hereby authorised to establish their remuneration.
• 1. To proceed to the election of Directors in accordance with Article 56.1 of the Articles of Association of the Company.
