INTERIM DIVIDEND RECORD DATE AND PAYMENT DATE

QUOTE

As announced in its last Company Announcement (015/2018), the Board of Directors of PG p.l.c. (the "Company") shall be meeting on 28 August 2018 in order to consider and, if thought fit:

• approve its Annual Report and the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 April 2018 ("FY2018"); and
• approve the distribution of an interim dividend for FY2018.

If approved, the interim dividend will be distributed to those shareholders appearing on the Company's Register of Members as maintained at the Central Securities Depository at the Malta Stock Exchange as at the close of business on Friday 24 August 2018, and paid on Wednesday 5 September 2018.
