Appointment of Chairman of the Audit Committee

The Company announces that Mr. Lawrence Zammit has relinquished his role as Chairman of the Audit Committee and that Mr. Franco Azzopardi has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Lawrence Zammit will retain his position as an independent non-executive member of the Audit committee.

Accordingly, with effect from the 14 June 2018, the members of the Committee are the following:

• Mr. Franco Azzopardi (independent non-executive director competent in auditing/accounting and Chairman)
• Mr. David Martin Bralsford (non-executive director)
• Mr. Lawrence Zammit (independent non-executive director)
