Reference is made to Company Announcement MDI117 regarding the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") being held on Wednesday 27 June 2018 at the The Portomaso Suite, Hilton Malta, St. Julian's. The AGM was inadvertently indicated as commencing at 16:00 hrs.

The AGM will commence at 15:00 hrs as also notified to shareholders in the AGM notice.
