Eighteenth Annual General Meeting

International Hotel Investments p.l.c. held its eighteenth Annual General Meeting on 5 June 2018, when the shareholders approved all the resolutions on the Agenda.

The Directors appointed in terms of the articles of association until the next Annual General Meeting are Mr Alfred Pisani, as Chairman, Mr Abdulnaser Ahmida, Mr Khaled Algonsel, Mr Abuagila Almahdi, Mr Hamad Buamim, Mr Joe Pisani, Dr Joseph J. Vella, Mr Frank Xerri de Caro, Mr Douraid Zaghouani and Mr Winston V. Zahra as Directors.

The Company announced a net dividend of 2 cents per share to shareholders on the register of members as at 30 June 2018. The dividend will be paid on 16 July 2018.
