The following is a Company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. ("the "Company") in terms of Listing Rule 5.16.21. of the Listing Rules.

QUOTE

The Company announces that the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2017 have been approved by the Board of Directors. A copy of the signed Audited Consolidated Financial Statements is available for viewing on the Company's website www.hiliproperties.com .

It is being announced that a consolidated profit before tax of €2,236,000 was projected in the Financial Analysis Summary published in June 2017 and that the Company closed in
Financial Year Ending 31 Docember 2017 and that the Company closed the Financial Year Ending 31 December 2017 with a consolidated profit before the €2,009,645. The Company had also projected a profit after tax of €2,036,000 and the Company closed the Financial Year Ending 31 December 2017 with a consolidated profit
after tax of €3.362 785 after tax of €3,362,785.

The favourable variance in the bottom-line figure is primarily arising from a movement in taxation attributable to a change in the Latvian tax regime. Under the change, tax will only be charged on distribution of dividend and therefore accumulated deferred tax will only
