Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. announces that it has been informed by Virtu Holdings Limited that its shareholding in the Company has increased from 4.42% to circa 9.41% following upon the acquisition of 2,202,980 ordinary shares with voting rights attached.
The transfer of the above shares took place today by means of an Off-Exchange transaction.
