QUOTE

The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Carmelo sive Karl Bartolo as Chief Executive Officer of the Medserv Group of Companies with effect from today. As well as occupying the position of Group Chief Finance Officer of the Medserv Group, Mr Bartolo also acted as CEO Designate, a role which he has occupied since 26 July 2016 .

Mr Anthony S. Diacono will continue to chair the Board of Directors and will also assume an executive role, having specific responsibilities with regards to Group Strategy.

Furthermore, Mr Silvio Camilleri has also been appointed Group Chief Finance Officer. Mr Camilleri joined the Group as Financial Controller on the 13 February 2017.

The Board of Directors is confident that the abovementioned appointments will continue to strengthen the senior management structure of the Group.
