The Board of Directors of Bank of Valletta p.l.c. is scheduled to meet on Friday 23 March 2018 to:

• i) consider and approve the Group's and the Bank's Audited Financial Statements for the full 15 month financial period from 1 October 2016 to 31 December 2017.
• ii) consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended to the Bank's Annual General Meeting.
