MIDI plc ("the Company") announces that it has been informed by Alf Mizzi & Sons Ltd that following an amalgamation with its wholly‐owned subsidiary Zachary Estates Limited, its shareholding in the Company amounts to 37,206,701 ordinary shares. This represents 17.4% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital with voting rights attached.

Shares held in the Company by Alf Mizzi & Sons Ltd exceeded the 15% threshold on the 15 March 2018.
