INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Board of PG p.l.c. will be convening on Monday 4th December 2017 to consider, and if thought fit, to distribute an interim dividend, to those Members appearing on the Company's Register of Members, as maintained at the Central Securities Depository at the Malta Stock Exchange, as at the close of business on Friday 1st December 2017.

This interim dividend will be paid on Monday 11th December 2017.

The Board will also be convening on Wednesday 20th December 2017 to approve the Interim Unaudited Financial Statements for the six-month financial period from 1st May 2017 to 315 October 2017. A copy of the unaudited financial statements and Interim Directors' Report approved by the Board of Directors will, once approved, be made available to the public on the Company's website.
