Reference is made to the Company Announcement dated 30 October 2017 regarding proposed resolutions to be put forward at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The proposed amendment to the Company 's Memorandum and Articles of Association and the subsequent issue of a one for two bonus issue are subject to the approval of the Listing Authority in view of terms of Listing Rules 5.146.
