Santumas Shareholdings plc ("the Company") announces that it has been informed by Amalgamated Growth and Income Fund - Amalgamated Investments SICAV plc that its shareholding in the Company amounts to 4,432,788 ordinary shares. This represents 6.39% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital with voting rights attached.

Shares held in the Company by Amalgamated Growth and Income Fund -Amalgamated Investments SICAV plc exceeded the 5% threshold on the 12th September 2017.
