Simonds Farsons Cisk p.l.c. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the issue of €20,000,000 3.50% Unsecured Bonds 2017-2027 has been oversubscribed. As a result, the Intermediaries' Offer which was scheduled for 7 September 2017 will not be required.

In terms of the Prospectus, the Company will be announcing the basis of acceptance of applications and allocation policy on 13 September 2017.
