COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT
Merger of Island Hotels Group Holdings p.l.c.
On 14 August 2017 the Board of Directors of the Company resolved to merge Island Hotels Group Holdings p.l.c. ("IHGH"), a public company with the company registration number C 44855 and having its registered office at 22, Europa Centre, John Lopez Street, Floriana, FRN 1400, Malta, with the Company (the "Merger").
The draft terms of the Merger, as approved by the Directors of the Company, have been registered by the Registrar of Companies on 25 August 2017.
Full details of the Merger will be included in a Circular that will shortly be sent to the Shareholders and Bondholders of the Company.
