The Board of Directors of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc ("SFC" or the "Company") has approved the following company announcement.
On the 26th May 2016, the Company announced the appointment of Mr Charles Xuereb as CEO Designate of Trident Developments Ltd (subsequently re-named Trident Estates Limited) and on the 19th January 2017, the Company announced the appointment of Ms Anne Marie Tabone as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Designate of the Farsons Group.
Simonds Farsons Cisk plc announces the appointment of Mr Charles Xuereb as CEO of Trident Estates Ltd and of Ms Anne Marie Tabone as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Farsons Group with effect from 7th August 2017.
No matter concerning Mr Charles Xuereb and Ms Anne Marie Tabone requires disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
