Appointment of CEO

"The Company is pleased to announce that Mr Mark Portelli (ID Card No. 94965M) residing at 10A, Forth Mansions, Ta' Xbiex Seafront, Ta' Xbiex has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with effect from 1st September 2017. Mr Portelli will join the Company with immediate effect on a definite contract and up to 31st August 2017 he will serve as CEO Designate.

Mr Portelli, a Chartered Accountant, has served as a director of the Company for a period of two years from 22nd June 2015 to 21st June 2017. There are no further matters concerning Mr Portelli that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9."
