The following is a Company Announcement issued by MIDI plc ("MIDI" or "the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

CEO Resignation

The Company hereby announces that its CEO (Luke Coppini) is relinquishing his post as CEO with effect from 31 August 2017. MIDI thanked Mr. Coppini for his positive contribution and loyal service to the Company over the years and wished him all the very best in his future endeavours.

The Board of Directors of the Company will in the next few days be initiating a selection process to replace Mr. Coppini and to ensure a smooth transition.

Further information will be brought to the attention of the public in line with the Listing Rules.
