The following is a company announcement issued by RS2 Software p.l.c. pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

The Company would like to announce that Patrick Clarke, holder of Irish Passport No. C01256123, has been appointed as Chief Technical Officer of the Company as from the 8th May, 2017

Prior to joining RS2, Patrick Clarke was CEO and co-founder of a global acquirer processing company and was responsible for the executive leadership of the business, which today is considered as a market leader in payment and processing solutions. Patrick Clarke also served as Chief Technology Officer and under his leadership of the IT organisation a high volume real-time transaction management system was built delivering software as a service to client companies.

Patrick Clarke has previously held technical and management positions in Oracle, Trintech, Motorola and British Telecom.

Patrick Clarke is a BSc (Eng.) graduate of the Dublin Institute of Technology and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor (PCI QSA). He is a fellow of the Irish Computer Society.

Patrick Clarke currently resides at 9, Parkmore Drive, Terenure, Dublin D6W WY01, Republic of Ireland.

There are no matters to be disclosed regarding Patrick Clarke in terms of the Listing Rules.
