Announcement of appointment of New Chairman of Audit Committee

The Company announces the appointment of Mr Florian Nowotny, non-executive director, as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee to replace Ms Rita Heiss, who continues to act as a nonexecutive Director of the company.
