The Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on Wednesday 22nd February 2017 to consider and approve the Company's Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31st December 2016.

The Board of Directors shall also consider whether to declare and make a recommendation to the shareholders for the payment of a dividend.
