RS2 Software p.l.c ("the Company") hereby announces that Godwin Schembri has resigned from the post of Chief Technical Officer of the Company for career development reasons. This resignation comes into effect as of the 13th January 2017.

The Company would like to express its sincere gratitude to Godwin Schembri for his valuable contribution in helping the Company reach a number of important milestones during his term of office and wishes him well with his future pursuits.
