The Company hereby announces that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Geoffrey Camilleri, holder of Maltese Identity Card Number 569579M of 299, Ithaca, Trig Frans Sammut, Zebbug, Malta as non-executive director of the Company with effect from the 09 November 2016.
Mr. Geoffrey Camilleri presently is the Chief Financial Officer of Hili Ventures Limited, the parent company of Hili Properties p.l.c.
There is no further matter relating Mr. Geoffrey Camilleri requiring disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 50.20.9.
