COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a company announcement issued by MIDI plc ("MIDI" or "the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Appointment of Senior Officer

The Company has appointed Ehsan Seyfouri Tabrizi of 47/9, Triq Qui-si-sana, Sliema to the role of Chief Commercial Officer with effect from the 1 November 2016.

He does not hold office as director in any other Issuer nor has he held any such directorship at any time in the previous five (5) years.

There are no matters concerning Mr Tabrizi that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.

Change of Company Secretary

The Company announces that Doctor of Laws Darren Azzopardi has tendered his resignation as the Company Secretary with effect from 11 November 2016. There are no circumstances pertaining to the resignation which warrant any disclosure.

Mr Graham A Fairclough of 109/1, Great Siege Road 1565, Mellieha, will take over as Company Secretary of MIDI as from the 11 November 2016. Mr Fairclough holds office of company secretary of MaltaPost plc and holds the office of director at Lombard Bank Malta plc. In the past five (5) years he also acted as company secretary of Lombard Bank Malta plc.

There are no matters concerning Mr Fairclough that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
