The Board of Directors approved the half yearly report of the Company for the financial period 1 January 2016 to 30 June 2016, a copy of which is available for public inspection in electronic form on the Company's website (http://en.cnmarinas.com/grand-harbourmarina/notification%20&%20%20publication)

The Board of Directors also declared an interim dividend of €480,000 (net of tax) equivalent to €0.024 per share, payable on the 13th September 2016 to shareholders on the register of members on the 7th September 2016.
