INTERIM DIRECTORS' STATEMENT

The Board of Directors of Malita Investments p.l.c. announces that for the period between the 1st January 2016 and the date of this Announcement, the performance of the Company was within that projected for the period under review and that there were no material events or transactions that would have an impact on the financial position of the Company such that they require specific disclosure. This statement is based on the unaudited management accounts of the Company as at the 30th April 2016.

Subject to any unforeseen circumstances, the Directors expect the Company's financial results for the year to be within those projected for the period.
