The following is a Company Announcement issued by Lombard Bank Malta plc (the "Bank") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Reference is made to the Bank's Company Announcement dated 28 May 2015 [LOM 199].

The Bank has been notified that the Special Administrator of Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd ("CPB") has approved the disposal of CPB's 21,396,558 fully paid up ordinary shares held in the Bank, and that notice has been given to the Malta Financial Services Authority for the purposes of the provisions of Article 13(3) of the Banking Act and Article 10(2) of the Investment Services Act.
