The following is a company announcement issued by MIDI plc ("MIDI" or "the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Change in Shareholding

Finco Treasury Management Limited (C 17017) ("the Shareholder") has notified the Company that it currently holds 11,029,387 ordinary shares to which voting rights are attached which equate to circa 5.15% of the Company's total shareholding.

The Shareholder clarified that the 11,029,387 ordinary shares held in the Company are held and controlled by the Shareholder in its capacity of investment services provider and held exclusively for the benefit of third party clients.
