The Company hereby announces the Mr. Michael Pace Ross has been appointed as a nonexecutive Director on the Company's Audit Committee with effect from 29th December 2015. Mr. Pace Ross residing at "Iris ", 34, Santa Maria Gardens, Triq iz-Zebbug, Mellieha was elected as a Director of the Company on 11th December 2015 and replaces Dr. E. Firman who ceased to be a Director of the Company on 11th December 2015.
The Company's Audit Committee is now composed of:
Mr. Mario Galea - Chairman of Audit Committee and non-executive Director;
Mr. Norbert Tabone - Member and non-executive Director;
Mr. Michael Pace Ross - Member and non-executive Director.
