Bank of Valletta p.l.c. is hereby announcing that its offer for subscription to the public of a maximum of €75,000,000 3.50% p.a. Subordinated Notes 2030 closed on the 4 December 2015.

Subscription amounts exceeded €113 million received from over 2,600 applicants.

The Bank will be announcing its allocation policy on Monday, 14 December 2015.
