CHANGE OF DIRECTORS

The Company hereby announces that with effect from the end of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Friday 11th December 2015, Dr. Edward Firman ceased to be a Director of the Company.

Mr. Michael Pace Ross, I.D. Card No. 366873(M), of "Iris", 34, Santa Maria Gardens, Triq iz-Zebbug, Mellieha, has been elected to serve as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 11 December 2015.

Michael Pace Ross is currently Administrative Secretary of the Archdiocese of Malta having been appointed to the post by Archbishop Charles J. Scicluna on the 28 th May 2015. He is also a nonexecutive director of APS Bank Ltd.

Previously, Mr Pace Ross served as Director General at the National Statistics Office for six years, and was appointed to oversee the 2011 Census of Population and Housing. He was a member on the European Statistical Advisory Committee (ESAC). He also served in an ex officio capacity on the Malta Statistics Authority Board and the Retail Price Index Advisory Committee.

Mr. Pace Ross studied management and economics at the University of Malta, obtaining a B.A. (Hons.) degree in 1996 and an MBA in 2004.

There are no matters concerning Mr. Pace Ross that require under Listing Rules 5.20.5 and 5.20.9.
