INTERIM DIRECTORS' STATEMENT

The Board of Directors of Malita Investments p.l.c. announces that for the period between the 1st January 2015 and the date of this Announcement, the performance of the Company was within that projected for the period under review and that there were no material events that had an impact on the financial position of the Company except for the fair value movement resulting from a review of the discount rate as already reported in the interim unaudited financial statements released on 31 July 2015. This statement is based on the unaudited management accounts of Malita Investments p.l.c. as at the 30th September 2015.

Subject to any unforeseen circumstances, the Directors expect the Company's financial performance for the financial year ending on the 31st December 2015 to be within those projected for the period.
