The Board of Directors of Bank of Valletta p.l.c. is scheduled to meet on Friday 30 October 2015 to:

i) consider and approve the Group's and the Bank's Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30September 2015.
ii) consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended to the Bank's Annual General Meeting.
