COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a company announcement issued by MIDI plc ("MIDI" or "the Company") pursuant to the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules.

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Following the demise of Mr Albert Mizzi on the 10 September 2015, Dr Alec A Mizzi (I.D.511256M) has been elected by the Board of Directors from amongst the same body to act as Chairman of the Board of Directors with effect from the 28 September 2015 and this in terms of article 106 of the Company's Articles of Association.

Appointment of Director

Mr Alan Mizzi (I.D. 150263M) of 2, Triq il-Fjorin, Victoria Gardens, Swieqi SWQ 2603 has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect from 28 September 2015. The casual vacancy was filled by the Board of Directors in terms of sub-article 2 of Article 103 of the Company's Articles of Association.

Mr Alan Mizzi holds the office of Chief Financial Officer of Alf. Mizzi & Sons Ltd (C203), the Company's largest shareholder. He also holds the role of managing director of certain operations within the Alf. Mizzi & Sons group of companies.

As from the 23 September 2015, Mr Alan Mizzi holds the position of non-executive director of Plaza Centres plc (C564). He does not hold any other office as director in any other listed company nor has he held any such other office at any time in the previous five (5) years.

There are no matters concerning Mr Alan Mizzi that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
