The Company announces the appointment of Ms Rita Heiss as a non-executive director with effect from the 16th September 2015. This appointment was made by Malta Mediterranean Link Consortium Limited by virtue of its qualifying shareholding under the articles of association and follows the resignation from the post of nonexecutive director of Mr Karl Dandler, who effective from the 1 September 2015 was appointed CFO of the Company and who has retained his directorship on the board as an executive director.
