The Company announces that, on the 11 September 2015 Mr Andrew Farrugia resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The board of directors has thanked Mr Farrugia for his years of service to the Company. Mr Jean Paul Saliba has been appointed financial controller of the Company and has assumed the responsibilities previously carried out by Mr Farrugia.
