Santumas Shareholdings plc announces that during the period commencing 1st May 2015 up to the date of this Announcement, no material events and/or transactions have taken place, other than mentioned in this and other Announcements, that would have an impact on the financial position of the Company, such that would require special mention, disclosure or announcement pursuant to the applicable Listing Rules.

The period has seen no movement in the property portfolio and costs have been maintained at previous years levels. The equity portfolio has seen an upward movement in value in line with the recent increase in Malta Stock Exchange index.
