Simonds Farsons Cisk plc announces the appointment of Mr John Bonello Ghio residing at 'The Lodge', Triq iċ-Ċawl, Kappara, as Group Head of Food Business, with effect from 01st August 2015.
Mr Bonello Ghio will so assume responsibility for developing and overseeing the food business sector of the Farsons Group in line with the Group's vision. He will be directly involved in leading and supporting the current dedicated teams at both Food Chain, which he has been managing since 2011, as well as overseeing and developing the food importation and distribution business of Quintano Foods.
No matter concerning Mr Bonello Ghio requires disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
