Simonds Farsons Cisk plc announces the appointment of Mrs Christiane Ramsay Pergola, residing at Alley 3, Marquis Scicluna Street, Naxxar as Director of the Company, with effect from 01st July 2015.
Mrs Ramsay Pergola succeeds Mr Vincent Curmi, who has relinquished his position of Director of the Company, a responsibility he has occupied for the past 35 years. Mr Curmi has been nominated as Alternate Director in terms of Article 110 of the Articles of Association of the Company, to Mrs Ramsay Pergola.
